Returns are for store credit ONLY.
Full-priced yarn is returnable, for store credit, within 30 days, in original condition (may not be wound, contain pet hair, smell of smoke, etc.), with receipt. Discounted yarn is not returnable. Class registration fees are not refundable unless Red Fox Yarns cancels the class. Needles, notions, fiber, books, patterns, buttons (anything that isn't full-price yarn) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
We follow Fairfax County Public Schools and/or the Federal Government. If the Fed is closed, we're closed! If Fairfax County Public Schools are closed, we may be open if it's safe for us to get to the store - please call first! If Fairfax County Public Schools are delayed, we may also open on a delayed schedule. Again, please call first before you come to the store! If Fairfax County Public Schools cancel evening activities, any scheduled classes will also be canceled.
We will take special orders for products from companies with whom we already do business. 50% of the total cost of the order (plus tax on that amount) will be due at the time of the order, with the remaining 50% (plus tax) due upon receipt. Special orders will be held up to thirty days once received; if you will not be able to pick up your order in that time frame, please let us know as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that special order dye lots will match yarn you have previously purchased.
We offer a 5% discount on everything to members of our military and our first responders, with valid ID.
Payment is due at time of registration. Class fees are not refundable unless Red Fox Yarns cancels the class. Classes with fewer than two students may be canceled or rescheduled for insufficient registration. Your class registration is valid only for the dates listed in the description and may not be transferred to other dates.
Unless otherwise stated our classes are for adults only (minimum age 14). As much as we love kids and pets, they are not welcome in our adult classes. We reserve the right to ask a parent to leave if they arrive for an adult class with a child who is not participating in the class.
Class session costs do not include materials or published patterns unless noted. We ask that each student purchase the necessary supplies prior to the first class session. Please call ahead or check the website regarding necessary materials and pre-class assignment (if any). Please wind your yarn, if necessary, before the first class session.
